Hi, thanks for stopping by my hub of the universe!
You know how most people have a dream? Some have big dreams, some have small dreams.
Some talk loud about their dreams, and some keep them for themselves.
Some had huge dreams when they were young, then life happened, they got family, debt and commitments, and started to adjust the dreams to their income.
I too have dreams, and I love to have conversations with people and hear about their dreams.
How about you?
Do you have any dreams?
I’d love to hear about them, so please hit me up so we can have a conversation about that!
I am a father, husband, son, brother and generally a really nice person.
Here is our family:

When I was younger I was very active in our local chess club, and got a few medals. I even got the best player under 18 award twice.
At the time I was very interested in sports, and was an active football player on our local team, but when I approached the age of 18 or so, I got other interests, and have not played active since. But I still enjoy the odd game of chess, as long as it is just for fun 🙂
From my father I learned about computers at an early age, and that have been my hobby and interest for as long as I can remember.
Computer games never interested me, but I was more interested in how they worked and what the various software programs could be used for, and how the computer and software could help and improve someones life.
In my late teens and early twenties, I had high hopes of getting a good business administration education, but I was probably not dedicated enough, because my grades wasn’t good enough to get into the schools I wanted. In fact, I didn’t get into any schools I applied for, so I did what most people do, adjusted my dreams down a bit…
Because of my computer background and interest (NOT formal education…) I was offered a job in the computer department of a company that created the seismic maps the oil companies use when trying to figure out where to drill for oil.
Creating these seismic maps require a lot of computing power, so I got to work with some pretty weird computer systems, but it was lots of fun – my hobby was my work, and I ended up spending hours and hours of my spare time reading computer manuals and stuff, trying to figure out how things worked.
The company was sold, merged, changed name, logo and location 4 times during the 17 years I worked there. The last merge was with a much larger company, and their computer department had more people and a completely different mix of computers and systems, so after a while I was offered a redundancy package. So much for 17 years of loyalty and countless of hours I had donated of my free time, evenings, nights, weekends I had spent in the computer room, countless phone calls interrupting my vacations, weekends off and evenings.
At the time I had started looking for something of my own, my own business, so I was not too worried.
I had been approached by an old friend about something new about to be launched, and as I have always been interested in new things, I joined him on the quest for this new thing.
My wife had a very good job and income, so I was not worried about the future – I could dive into this new venture full time together with my friend.
Then our son was born, and I ended up being home taking care of him and the house, having my hobby-business in a room in the house I converted into an office.
Looking back, I probably spent way too much time reading and doing research on the business than actually focusing on the business – but the business was mine, my own, and I had no hurry. I loved the business concept and the products was, and still is, amazing.
As our son grew up, I walked him to the kinder-garden in the morning after a long breakfast, went home and did the house chores, watched some training videos, read something or listened to some training audios related to my business, sat in front of the computer doing research and stuff. Too much thinking, too little doing.
Then I walked and picked up our son from the kinder-garden, and we walked home, exploring the world. It was not uncommon that we needed an hour or more for the 10-15 minute walk back home….and then I prepared dinner so it was ready for when my wife arrived back from work.
When our son started school, we continued the same routine, I walked him to school in the morning, and came to pick him up after school and we walked home together and do the school home work.
We had all the time in the world to play and enjoy life and be together as a family.
Our son grew older and got more independent and  did not require as much attention, and I was free to do other things.
Then something happened with the economy.
And almost over night we lost more than half of our income.
For the past 10+ years we had become very used to our relaxed lifestyle, but now we had to put a lot more focus on expenses, and I started looking for a regular job. I still had my dreams about my own business, but regular income was more important right now.
Being out of the work force for 10++ years just staying home was not the best resume to present to potential employers, so we struggled for a long time.
Now I am at the stage where I intend to keep a regular job until I retire, and work on my business part time, so that when I do retire and are forced to live on 50% or less of our current income, I can have my part time business to supply the rest of the income we want.
Do you want to join me on that long term journey? I am looking for one key partner, and together we will build a team of like-minded people who want to have their own business and improve peoples lives.
Send me an email or connect with me on my social networks, and we can have a conversation, and see if what you are looking for is a match with what I am looking for and can offer.
